Import/Export Customer Service - Best Transportation LLC : Job Details

Best Transportation, a successful drayage trucking company, in business for over 41 years, is seeking a qualified professional import export customer service representative with a drayage and transload focus to support our operation and customers. This position is specific to import & export customer service with transloading/warehouse customer service focus and experience.

Please note this is not a warehouse position, this is an office-based customer service position.

JOB DECRIPTION:

• Logistics/Trucking customer service with drayage and or import/export knowledge/experience
• Customer Service with warehouse/transloading focus experience
• Processing delivery orders from start to finish.
• Communicate and provide information by relevant methods both internally and externally to assist operations and customers.
• Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Providing customer reports and updates
• Coordinating with warehouse/transload team
• Coordinating with customers for shipments and pick ups
• Scheduling delivery appointments.
• Solid Communication and Interpersonal Skills communicating effectively and efficiently with customers, steamship lines, dispatch, management, and co-workers.
• Detail oriented and accurate
• Strong, working Microsoft Office knowledge, specifically excel and outlook
• Must have a positive attitude, high energy and be a team player!
• Must have an excellent work ethic.
• Profit Tools knowledge is a huge plus!
