Responsibilities:

  • Companionship to seniors with engaging activities and games
  • Helping with daily activities like bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Preparing snacks and meals to help sustain and satisfy the client throughout your scheduled time with them.
  • Encouraging light exercise to keep the client active and physically moving.
  • Tidying up the house that keep the home environment neat and enjoyable for the client.
  • Transporting the client to nearby appointments or engagements. Take the clients to social activities, doctor's offices, and events in the community or with family and friends.

Requirements:

  • Experience We'd love if youve prior experience, but you don't have to. If you are willing to learn, we'll train you
  • Skills Were looking for individuals that are compassionate, social, trustworthy, and service-minded
  • Characteristics This is an autonomous position, so were looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Have or willing to acquire CPR/First Aid certification and evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
  • Georgia Background Check Program / Fingerprinting
  • A valid driver's license and means of transportation (a reliable car with proof of insurance/registration is preferred)
