Kore Cares is searching for a part time caregiver in the Milbank area!

As a caregiver at Kore Cares, youll build one-on-one connections with your clients while caring for them in the comfort of their own home. Your goal is to improve your clients quality of life by helping them perform their simple daily functions; meal preparation, light housekeeping, local transportation, social interaction, and activities of daily living. Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene
• Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment
• Remind clients to take medications
• Assist with housekeeping, transportation and errands
• Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding and kitchen clean up
• Provide socialization and companionship
• All other duties outlined in client care plan

Requirements:

• No experience or certifications required for any of our caregiver openings, we will train you on the job and you will have free opportunities to gain your CNA and CPR licensing with us!
• Must be able to physically perform duties of the position
• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English
• This position involves driving to clients homes/apartments; this is a community-based role. A valid drivers license, car insurance, and personal vehicle is REQUIRED.
