Ideal candidates should:
- Have experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility (at least 2 years preferred)
- Have a reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and automobile insurance
- Be able to pass pre-employment background checks and TB screening
- Have First Aid and CPR certification
