In-Home Caregivers - Heaven at Home Senior Care : Job Details

Heaven at Home has immediate openings for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHAs)We are looking for high-energy, motivated caregivers, certified CNAs, and HHAs who embody professionalism, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional care to our clients.Students, this is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience! If you're studying in a healthcare-related field and eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting, we have opportunities for you to join our team.We understand the need for flexibility in your work-life balance. That's why we offer part-time and full-time positions, with the option to work days or nights. Applicants must be able to work their scheduled shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.Pay: $13-$16 per hour (based on client and required skill set)Location: Shifts available in Denton, Dallas, and Ft. Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and personal care
• Take clients for walks, trips to activities or social events or errands
• Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
• Simple meal preparations and light housekeeping
• Help with Activities of Daily Living such as:
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Dressing
  • Incontinence Care
  • Help with Transferring/Mobility

If you cover night and overnight shifts:

• Assist with nighttime routines such as preparing for bed and personal care and provide occasional incontinence care
• Stay awake and alert at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of clients throughout the night
• Maintain a calm environment to ensure clients get the restful sleep they need

Requirements:

• 1 Year of Professional Caregiving Experience (Preferred)
• Valid Texas Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Dependable Vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt experience
