In-Home Personal Care AssistantDescription of the role:We are looking for dedicated caregivers in the Morgantown area who can provide in-home personal care assistance to our clients. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for helping with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with meal preparation
• Performing light housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Up-to-date car insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
• Experience is preferred but not necessary

We provide training, along with a 6 week mentor program to ensure caregivers are confident in their skills set. Responsibilities:

• Provide supportive care to clients in their homes based on their individualized care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up.
• Engage in meaningful conversation and activities with clients to provide companionship and support.
• Document daily care activities and any changes in clients' conditions.
• Communicate effectively with office staff to ensure clients' needs are being met.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for clients.
