In-House Dispatch SpecialistUrgently Hiring - Dry Force is currently hiring for our in-house Dispatch Team! Responsibilities Include:
- Operate a multi-line phone in the corporate office to aid in call- taking, dispatching technicians and project managers, and other personnel supporting Dry Force services.
- Provide pre-arrival instructions to customers while they are awaiting a technician.
- Coordinate emergency work orders, relaying information to closest and most suitable technicians available
- Monitor jobs in order to provide customers with feedback during calls
- Serve as an empathetic liaison to the customer - Our clients are calling us at a very difficult time and being sympathetic AND helpful is a requirement of the position!
- Enter, update, and retrieve information from several applications
- Answer or forward non-emergency requests for assistance to the appropriate persons
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience dispatching preferred
- 1+ years in a direct customer service, call center environment preferred
- Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems, Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and have clear criminal background check
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be flexible in working any shift assigned, be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
