In order to achieve these goals we expect all employees to fulfill the Service Philosophy and the Service Standards in all interactions with guests and fellow employees.SUMMARYThis job's primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for being in the lobby greeting families.
  • Interacting with guests.
  • Giving great customer service.
  • Greet all guests as they arrive to check into resort.
  • Ensure guests are directed to appropriate desk and/or areas as needed.
  • Enter tour guest information into computer.
  • Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours.
  • Assist other sales departments as needed.
