In-Process Inspector (Line Check)- 11pm to 7am - No Experience Required - Da/Pro Rubber : Job Details

This job is located at 1300 E Ft Worth St, Broken Arrow, OKIn-Process Inspector (Line Checker) is responsible for pulling and evaluating samples from each press during production. Ability to review job travelers, drawings, control plans, and other documented specification(s) for product requirements and to ensure conformance to those specifications. Use of microscope, magnifying glass and various other hand tools such as tweezers and scissors.Use of measurement and test equipment such as Visions systems, Optical comparators, durometers, calipers, micrometers, leak test units, and special testing devices.No Experience Necessary. We Will Train.Wage increases available for strong work performance and solid attendance.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Inspect manufactured products for conformance to specifications
• Separate components with defects including but not limited to cracks, marks, holes, tears and contamination
• Notify supervisor of excessive defects on any particular component
• Document accepted/rejected counts on product paperwork

OTHER NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Speak to others to convey information effectively
• Use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to problems
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to accurately weigh, count and document inspection results
• Some experience entering data into a computer required
• Strong attention to detail
