Job Description:

  • Sell all products and services offered by US Cellular.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the store manager regarding local competition
  • Handle service inquiries from customers. Your record is defined by meeting challenges head-on and always striving for excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
  • Engaging and educating customers through product demonstration based on their needs
  • Build a loyal customer base by creating long-term relationships
  • Staying up to date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices
  • Interacting to provide prompt, friendly and courteous service to customers in person and on the phone
