We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Inbound Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations from unloading to receiving, putaways, and NCRs. They will assist the department supervisor in meeting all required KPIs and work closely with inbound associates to ensure the correct material is received in good condition. The Inbound Lead will also be responsible for reporting discrepancies, closing the department at the end of the day, and maintaining Hellmann's 6S standards.

This role reports directly to the Inbound Supervisor. Daily, this role will train and lead warehouse associates in various inbound processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Ensure daily operations from unloading to receiving, putaways, and NCRs are completed.

* Assist the department supervisor in meeting all required KPIs.

* Collaborate with inbound associates to ensure correct material receipt and condition.

* Report any discrepancies by creating an NCR.

* Ensure all received material is put away correctly, both physically and systematically, at the end of the day.

* Maintain Hellmann's 6S standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with NCR processes.

* Knowledge of 6S standards and their implementation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Previous experience in a similar role or in warehouse management.

* Proven track record of meeting KPIs and improving operational efficiency

* Ability to quickly learn and gain knowledge with local WMS

* Prior training related to position is a plus

* Forklift and MHE certification is a plus

* Able to work independently within established procedures and policies

* English- Excellent reading and writing skills

* Bilingual is a plus

* Strong communication and organizational skills with a keen sense for details

* Multitask oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Advanced knowledge and experience with the complete Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis in Excel

* Problem-solving mindset.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

* Frequently required to stand, and walk

* Regularly uses arms to reach, hands and fingers for computer and phone use

* Speaking clearly and listening for heavy phone contact

* Requires close-up and computer screen distance vision ability
