Incident InvestigatorWWAARC currently has a Full-Time 40- hour Incident Investigator position available. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday. Hours vary depending on the needs of the program. The rate of pay for this position is $58,458.00/year. This position is based out of our Queensbury location with travel to all three counties. Ensure that incidents are investigated per regulations. Assist as needed in maintaining the IRMA system and participation in internal audits. Qualifications:18 years of age.A valid driver's license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.To secure and maintain all certifications and trainings required by WWAARC. Bachelor's degree in human services preferred; can be substituted by five years of work experience in programs supporting people with developmental disabilities, with progressively increasing level of responsibility; familiarity with Federal and State regulations governing services to developmentally disabled; prior experience with incident reporting and investigations.Ability to travel to program sites to conduct interviews and investigatory activities as needed; ability to write clear, concise investigation summary reports; computer competence; excellent time management and organizational skills; work as part of an incident management team; ability to interact professionally and courteously with all staff and program participants.What's in it for You?
