We are looking for a skilled and motivated Independent Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will represent Nandail Property Management by providing outstanding service and maintaining high standards in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry, including rough and finish work.
• Upgrade and remodel bathrooms and kitchens.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Repair and install flooring.
• Conduct general home repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Stay organized and solve problems efficiently.
• Pay close attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Skilled in using various hardware tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
