What Were Looking For:Were on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic Independent Handyman to join our friendly team. In this role, youll be the face of Nandail Property Management, providing exceptional service and maintaining our high standards.

What Youll Do:

• Carpentry: Handle general carpentry, including both rough and finish work.
• Remodeling: Upgrade and remodel kitchens and bathrooms to perfection.
• Painting: Bring spaces to life by painting both interiors and exteriors.
• Drywall Repairs: Repair, patch, and caulk drywall to keep everything looking sharp.
• Minor Repairs: Tackle minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Flooring: Repair and install various flooring types.
• General Maintenance: Perform general home repairs and maintenance.
• Communication: Keep clients and team members in the loop.
• Organization: Stay organized and solve problems quickly.
• Attention to Detail: Make sure every task is completed with care.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience as a handyman.
• Skilled in using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• A contractor or journeyman license is a plus!
