Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOur indirect sales teams are expert storytellers and salespeople with the skills to convince retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders of the benefits of our product. Our voice transcends normal industry jargon, attracting new customers with an authentic and unique message. This role will have 7 direct reports each one covering different parts of North Florida.Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the overall strategy and execution of the growth of sales and distribution for our local dealer partners throughout North Florida
  • Collaborate with local dealer partners and direct distribution partners to strategically add new points of distribution and grow sales within each market
  • Conduct consistent weekly ride-alongs with Account Executives to retail store locations and provide coaching and feedback on visit effectiveness; teach and train teams to maximize sales and loyalty
Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years of sales management experience
  • 3 years of account management experience
  • 3 years of direct or indirect retail channel experience
  • 1 year selling wireless products or services
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing a field sales team
  • Display confidence in having high-level strategy conversations with business owners
  • Must adapt well to change and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Consult and provide solutions when called upon by team or partners
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills to be able to host conference calls and training sessions
  • Must have a valid driver's license, three years of active driving history, successfully completed driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with DISH's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines
