Come join us!System One is assisting a client in Hubbard, Ohio in finding Induction Furnace Operators.$1,000 Sign-On Bonus$19/hrContinental shift - work 3 off 2; work 2 off 3;work 2 off 2; 7AM-7PMThe role of the Induction Furnace operator is to perform tasks related to casting Aluminum, preparing the casting area for production, beginning and maintaining the cast, collecting samples, and aiding other departments as needed.Unloads and examines incoming shipments with appropriate methods, rejects damaged or incorrect items, records shortages, and communicates with General Manager about damages and shortages.Loads scrap conveyorEnsure scrap segregationEnsure proper heat identification.Uses forklifts, bob cats, and other material handling equipment to perform duties and move product where necessary.Ensures housekeeping and organization are upheld.Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
