Crew Leads are responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to the company technicians. He/She manages day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects.Benefits We Offer:

Tasks:

• Responsible for the project
• Maintain timely communication
• Coordinate with team and others involved with the project
• Attending scheduled onsite meetings and job training
• Ensure risks and problems are identified and prevent them
• Involved in every step of the project, from start to finish
• Reliable, punctual, professional demeanor and a strong desire to lead a great team!
• Overnight travel for up to 10-14+ days out
• 2 techs per hotel room when traveling
• Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift and weekends

RequirementsQualifications:

• COVID Vaccination - required at facilities to enter premises
• Reliable with positive attitude
• Valid Driver's License and no DUI's!
• Ability to lead a team to success
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Must have initiative, a solid work ethic
• Work Independently
• Physical exam
• Lift 75 lbs.

• Warehouse setting
• Lifts or other height reaching equipment
• Enclosed spaces (duct work)
• Supervising
• Customer service
• Record keeping
• Organizations skills
• Knowledge of computers, programs and cellular apps
• Bilingual a plus!
