How you will make an impact
* Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, handling inquiries through various channels and resolving concerns within company guidelines.
* Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders using ARMI's software and technology solutions.
* After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours customer support as required to ensure continuity of service.
* Issue Resolution: Forward complex issues to higher-level support or management and work with Accounting for accurate part sale billing.
* Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all ARMI standard products to respond to customer needs effectively.
* Administrative Tasks: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keep thorough, organized records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
What You Need to Succeed
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Willingness to travel up to 20% to support plant projects as needed
* Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
* Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
