Industrial Engineer - Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics and warehousing strategies that create competitive advantages and optimize processes and equipment.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements using best-in-class project management practices to meet strategic goals and KPIs.
• Design and enhance warehouse storage facilities and material handling processes to maximize efficiency.
• Specify and manage the acquisition of capital equipment purchases.
• Support product development teams by defining robust packaging and shipping requirements.
• Champion operational excellence through collaboration and team-driven initiatives.
• Continuously improve logistics processes, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and cutting-edge technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, formal education in Industrial Engineering a plus
• Experience: 2-4 years of logistics/warehouse experience including experience in data analytics: material flow analysis, master, logistics assessments, or similar
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (ASRS a plus), and Microsoft Office suite
