Location: Wilson, NC Position: Industrial Janitorial Team Lead Shifts: Day Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Be the captain of cleanliness! Manage your team to ensure top-notch sanitation and safety in our industrial facility.
• Team Building: Build a strong, motivated crew that shows up and gets things done with pride.
• Maintain Excellence: Keep high standards for safety, sanitation, and organization in all areas-basically, you're the keeper of the clean!

What You Need:

• Must be 18+ years old (no exceptions, we can't work with minors... yet).
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check (we like to keep things clean all around).
• Physically able to lift, push, and pull 40+ lbs (because those mops and equipment don't move themselves).
• Comfortable working in an industrial setting (it's not as glamorous as Hollywood, but it's definitely rewarding).
• 1+ years of leadership experience is a MUST!! (show us that you've got what it takes to manage a team like a pro).
