Industrial Maintenance Manager

The Industrial Maintenance Manager provides oversight and manages the entire maintenance department of a busy manufacturing facility in Northern Colorado.

Duties include but are not limited to; managing work schedules and ensuring quality work is performed by all technicians, ensuring preventative maintenance program operates effectively, as well as scheduling all maintenance activities and handling all facility needs.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a maintenance department
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment including robotics, valves, pneumatics, hydraulics, and conveyors
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge with proven ability to troubleshoot and repair
• Safety-minded with good knowledge of OSHA requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Loyalty with excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders
• Reliability and ability to work overtime as needed
• Valid U.S. Drivers License
