Industrial Maintenance Technician (AM Shift)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Mig welding is also a plus.
• Diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Some weekend work required.

Skills You Bring:

• Prior industrial maintenance experience and/or prior industrial maintenance school.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment; Glass industry is preferred (not required).
• Experience with 480-volt 3 phase power.
• Control circuit troubleshooting experience.
• Basic PLC trouble shooting experience.
• Strong mechanical skills.
