Industrial Maintenance Technician FULL-TIME

$27/hr

* Perform maintenance and repair of key production equipment, support utilities, and facility infrastructure* Install machinery* Maintain systems such as steam, chiller, hydraulic, compressed air* Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting* Perform pipe installations for various systems including steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and industrial production systems* Conduct preventative maintenance* Manage parts procurement* Collaborate with service contractors as needed* Complete dry can changes, general building repairs, and daily work logs* Operate with strong computer skills to support operational efficiency and safety.* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical equipment.* Disassemble, adjust, repair, and reassemble machine components such as hydraulics, clutches, and brakes.* Design, fabricate, and modify parts using tools such as welding and milling equipment.* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and maintain proper maintenance records.* Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for reorder requests.* Conduct inspections of equipment and proactively identify and address defects.* Participate in audits and maintain workplace efficiency standards like 5S.* Operate forklifts and work at various heights using ladders or scissor lifts.* Rotate pager coverage for emergency repairs as required.
