Industrial Maintenance Technician - Westrock Company : Job Details

We have an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician at our folding carton plant in Claremont, NC. The main function of the Maintenance Tech is to manage the electrical and mechanical maintenance of our manufacturing machinery. Pay is commensurate with experience. Our current shift schedule is 3 12-hour shifts with rotation being 2 weeks of days and 2 weeks of nights. Essential Responsibilities are as follows:Assume the role and responsibilities of all Claremont Plant equipment working in a safe and efficient manner. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical breakdowns as well as pneumatic, hydraulic, and general building maintenance. Install new and upgrade equipment as needed. Troubleshoot and repair all equipment to keep production going in a timely manner. Assist with inventory to identify parts and new parts to prevent minimum breakdown or machine downtime.
