Industrial Material Handler / Processer at Reserve AlloysReserve Alloys is seeking a skilled Industrial Material Handler for a dynamic metal recycling facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity in metal processing with competitive compensation and potential for growth.Job Details

• Shift: 1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM, Monday – Friday)
• Starting Wage: $19/hour
• Location: Industrial Metals Processing Facility

Key Responsibilities:Material Processing

• Unload and sort incoming scrap metal shipments
• Operate industrial shredding machines
• Perform continuous quality control inspections
• Transport and manage processed materials

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience

• Prior industrial work experience
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand entire shift
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in variable temperature environments

Equipment Operation

• Forklift, tow motor, and backhoe loader experience preferred
• Proficiency with industrial machinery

Essential Attributes

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with coworkers and department leaders

Safety Requirements

• Steel-toe or composite safety-toe shoes mandatory
