• Introduce new part numbers or manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate and supervise project launches within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create and monitor project schedules.
• Implement process improvements to enhance time and cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in product launches and manufacturing process implementation.
• Proven leadership experience with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read OEM drawings and understand GD&T.
