Job Description :

The Industrial Recruiter plays a key role in delivering non-exempt staffing solutions to HTI's diverse client base. This position oversees the entire hourly staffing process, ensuring efficient and high-quality recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of candidates aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities.

Recruitment & Candidate Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting activities for all HTI clients, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Screen applicants against client and HTI requirements, scheduling qualified candidates for orientation.
  • Recruit and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, including individuals who have successfully completed testing, reference checks, and background checks.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to enhance candidate sourcing.

Process & Client Coordination

  • Adhere to client-specific process flows for staffing and achieve time-to-fill goals.
  • Attend job fairs and represent HTI and its clients to promote open positions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants, conducting instant interviews and triaging based on needs.
  • Utilize and maintain the Bullhorn system to track applicants and maximize recruitment efficiency.

Team Collaboration & Problem Solving

  • Participate in daily management meetings to address critical openings and discuss time-to-fill metrics.
  • Support onsite client operations by troubleshooting staffing challenges and proposing solutions.
  • Assist Onboarding Coordinators and other team members as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.

Administrative Duties

  • Update applicant files, maintain working records, and manage candidate availability using Bullhorn.
  • Answer calls, process online applications, and manage front desk interactions.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
  • Ensure all employee files are complete and compliant with HTI standards..

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

  • 1+ year of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes or prior HR experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Internet proficiency and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn experience preferred).
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Abilities:

  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to client-specific needs.

Education & Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation is a plus.
