Industrial Sanitor - Kerry Ingredients & Flavours : Job Details

Will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained in a sanitary condition according to Kerry procedures while working in a team atmosphere. Key responsibilities - Ensures that all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized per Kerry SSOPs. - Disassemble necessary machines to ensure a thorough cleaning and sanitation. - Reassemble necessary machines once properly cleaned and sanitized. - Ensures that the appropriate cleaners are utilized and documented. - Testing the ppm of diluted chemical solutions to ensure proper dilutions and recording the results on required documentation. - Prepares all required paperwork. - Ensures cleanliness of production rooms are maintained to Kerry standard. - Operating floor scrubber as needed. - Operating forklift and aerial lifts as needed. - Cleaning includes but not limited to the plant and equipment, around property grounds, and general office housekeeping.
