Fives Group is seeking an Industrial Traveling TIG Welder About Fives Group Fives Group, headquartered in Paris, France, is an industrial engineering group founded in 1812 that designs and supplies machines, process equipment and production lines for the world's largest industrial groups including the aluminum, steel, tube and pipe, glass, automotive, aerospace, logistics, cement, and energy sectors. In 2018, Fives achieved sales of $2 billion with a team of close to 8,500 employees and a network of over 100 operational units in over 25 countries. Summary:

• TIG welding of industrial boilers, heat exchangers, tanks, cryogenic chambers, piping, etc.
• Repairs of existing and new products
• Traveling to customer sites worldwide to administer repairs weeks at a time
• 50% travel with home base in Houston, TX
• Working with a variety of materials including both aluminum and stainless steel

Skills:

• 5+ years experience TIG welding of aluminum; piping preferred
• Passport required
• Previous experience with Cryogenics preferred
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Ability to travel worldwide for weeks at a time, including a couple months training in Europe

Education/Experience:

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Four to six years related experience and/or training.
