.The role of InEight Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in the ongoing implementation, integration, and support of the InEight software suite. Once properly trained, they will act as a subject matter expert for InEight Control and Estimate to include project controls, productivity review, and earned value management. This role will provide InEight support to operations, represent operations to the IT department for product development, and may occasionally represent the InEight team when presenting to executive and third-party stakeholders. In addition, they should expect to support the resolution of InEight technical issues in partnership with IT and operation
