This is a full-time position.What You'll Do:Oversee infection prevention and control practices throughout the facility.Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized wound care plans.Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement best practices and protocols.Educate staff, residents, and families on infection control measures and wound care techniques.Monitor and report infection rates, providing data for quality improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For:Current NYS RN license in good standingExperience in infection control and wound care preferred.Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or Wound Care (CWCN) is a plus.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Why Join Us?
