We are seeking the talents of an Influence Marketing Manager (M/F) to contribute to the next chapter of Szane's journey. The position is based in our office, in New York City and will require semi-frequent domestic travels.
As an Influence Marketing Manager, your missions will be the following:
* Manage and build the influence team based in New York City in direct lead with our headquarters in Los Angeles
* In collaboration with our Head of Influence in Los Angeles, train the team on influencer research, negotiations and relationship-building
* Research, identify and engage key online influencers and execute gifting campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms
* Maintain strong relationships with influencers and managers for the US market
* Work closely with the paid and email teams to funnel top influencer content into paid media and email campaigns
* Lead the Maison Szane project (events dedicated to influencers and KOLs in different cities in North America), including but not limited to: venue scouting, vendor hire and management, asset creations, guest lists management, production on-site, reporting
* In charge of developing the communication around Szane's retail addresses in New York and Washington DC, as well as pop-ups, by organizing events, in-store meetings with influencers, and brand collaborations
* Brand representation at events (pop-up store openings, in-store meetings, Maisons Szane)
* Measure success of influencers campaign through KPIs and Affiliation tools
