- DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
- The Information Center Representative operates a console telephone switchboard relaying incoming and outgoing calls, acts as the hospital receptionist, takes customer payments and maintains patient files and paperwork.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional/Educational
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous health care experience preferred.
- Personal
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination to operate office equipment such as CRT, calculator, copy machine, typewriter and perform general clerical duties.
- Audiovisual ability to operate a console telephone switchboard.
