ualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Security.
• Master's degree in a field related to Information Technology or Information Security.

Certifications:

• Preferred to hold one or more of the following certifications: CISM, CISSP.
• Training in Project Management, Product Management, or Agile methodologies is desirable.

Work Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in roles related to information security.
• 2-3 years of experience in team management or leadership positions.

Key Professional and Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of core concepts in network security, security architecture, security operations, vulnerability management, cloud security, application security, security awareness programs, and threat intelligence.
• Proficient in using security tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, encryption, access control, firewalls, and vulnerability management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI, SOX, GDPR).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex security issues efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a security manager or senior security consultant role within medium to large organizations.
