Serves as the initial point of contact and first level of support for perspective students and families.Processes incoming admissions documents and maintains admission document queues. Answers incoming emails and text messages sent to admissions.Maintain knowledge of admissions and admissions-related functions to communicate with prospective students and readmission students. Assists with admissions and recruitment events.Performs other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of customer service or related experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to utilize a PC and keyboard to perform data entry
