Position: Information Systems Technician

Job Site: Salinas, CA, San Juan Bautista, CA with some travel to Yuma, AZ. Relocation not mandatory.
Schedule: 8AM - 5PM or alternatively 7AM - 4PM
Required to work on-call to assist with any issue or situation that may arise outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays
Pay Range: $22 + DOE

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Information Systems Technician position performs help desk support to all employees of Church Brothers, True Leaf Farms, CB Harvesting, and related companies. The ideal candidate will maintain and troubleshoot workstations, cell phones, printers, network equipment and others technical equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support company employees on computer and phone related issues, through phone, email, ticketing system and in person
- Assist employees in navigating or troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Famous, and other software platforms
- Troubleshoot and maintain mobile data collection devices
- Setup, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations, printers, networking equipment, handheld data devices, servers, copy machines, cell and desk telephones, label printers, laptops, Wyse terminals, and other information technology devices
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with 1-2 years of related experience/training, or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Relevant industry experience, training, or education in a related field, including understanding of electronics/electrical assembly and wiring.
- Able to travel to various company locations as required and drive without restrictions.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to efficiently present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
- Demonstrates problem-solving capability, initiative, and original thinking to address practical challenges and implement improvements.
- Work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines, managing workloads within appropriate timescales and using available tools and resources.
- Maintain professionalism and respect when working with all levels of employees and clients, fostering a team-oriented approach.
- Ensure the efficient and appropriate use of company resources while exceeding assigned responsibilities and assisting others when needed.
