M-F 8a-4p & oncall. Must float to HVH- 1980 Crompond Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567; WH- 55 Palmer Ave, Bronxville, NY 10708; WBHC- 21 Bloomingdale Rd, White Plains, NY 10605. Bachelor's (comp science preferred) or equivalent experience (R). 3-5 years of previous work related experience (R). Strong initiative, good customer service, organization, oral and written communication skills (R). Basic networking exp (R). Drivers license/vehicle (R). MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3-4 YEARS EXPERIENCEMust have at least 3-4 years of experience, degree is highly preferred. If no degree, candidate must have at least 4 years of experience. This role will float to these addresses HVH- 1980 Crompond Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567 WH- 55 Palmer Ave, Bronxville, NY 10708 WBHC- 21 Bloomingdale Rd, White Plains, NY 10605. The primary reporting location is WCMC but candidates must be willing to float to these other locations regularly. Dress code is business casual. Position is on site everyday. This is a temp to hire. This role is troubleshooting networking issues, and working on the sensors that have a network component. Please make sure relevant work experience is highlighted clearly on the resume. This is a back office role troubleshooting network issues - sensors that do the monitoring, the monitoring hardware themselves. It's a combination of software and hardware. This is NOT a customer service type of IT troubleshooting environment. Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
