Software Asset Management Analyst

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Asset Analyst

• Knowledge of software licensing, maintenance agreements, and IT Service Management processes

• Proficiency in SAM tools, ServiceNow, and MS Office Suite

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Description

A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Software Asset Analyst to join their team in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities of this role include monitoring software license compliance, optimizing costs through product standardization, negotiating vendor contracts, processing license requests via ServiceNow, and maintaining a software asset database. Candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in SAM tools and IT service management, and strong organizational skills.

Compensation:

$33/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service.
