Technical Support Analyst
Draper, UT - 6-months – 100% onsite
$23-25/hr
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows, Microsoft 365 and troubleshooting.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to respond to high-priority incidents with professionalism and urgency.
Technical Skills:
Will be supporting up to 450 users across the organization.
1+ years strong experience in end user support in both Windows operating systems
Proficiency in desktop and mobile support, remotely and in person
Will be managing tickets from start to finish, ensuring excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Collaborate with senior personnel confidently and professionally.
Must have strong technical troubleshooting skills on the user side.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in working with senior-level stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving attitude (e.g., “I don't know the answer, but I'll get back to you”).
Ability to handle upset users and de-escalate situations effectively.
Ability to demonstrate a structured process for diagnosing and resolving issues.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
