Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the implementation of new IT initiatives and projects, including software and hardware upgrades, network expansions, and system integrations
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and support services
• Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and requirements
• Plan and oversee the implementation of new IT initiatives and projects, including software and hardware upgrades, network expansions, and system integrations
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and manage the IT department budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking spending, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Stay current with developments in IT technology and trends, and assess their potential impact on our organization
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and develop solutions that support their objectives and priorities

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is required
• Proven managerial experience
