Position Summary

The IT Manager will be responsible to guarantee the effectiveness of IT Systems at our New York, NY facility.

Essential Functions

  • Align with Corporate IT strategy to design and deploy the evolutions of the IT systems in the region and manage the IT assets (HW and SW) according to the Group policies.
  • Align with Corporate IT to address and implement the IT security policies and guarantee the business continuity of the local systems.
  • Align with US management team to identify the business needs, plan the evolution of the IT systems and coordinate the implementation of the IT plan in the region.
  • Coordinate the support of the running systems, bridging with the Corporate teams for the support of the group applications and local resources for the US specific applications.
  • Mobilize and coordinate capabilities to achieve the expected results.
  • Collaborate in a liquid organization consisting of internal and external staff working both on site and remotely.
  • Manage the relation with external vendors to evaluate and negotiate at best local contracts for both IT projects and services.

Job Qualifications

  • Master Degree in Information technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years exp. in a similar position
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in vendor management.
  • Experience in IT operation management
  • Experience in IT application management
  • Systems skills (Windows Server, AD, DHCP, Dns , Office 365).
  • Networks skills (Vpn ssl/ipsec, firewalling, switching L2/l3).
  • Application skills: ERP, PLM, CRM
  • Self-starter, autonomous and stress resistant.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Results oriented
  • Strong communication and social skills, able to work flexibly and effectively with cross functional and multicultural teams.
