Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager IV for an engagement and focusing on overseeing critical IT projects involving US Trade Compliance, SAP E4H Platform, and MES Traceability (Camstar or FWD). The role will involve managing project deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving effective communication and continuous process optimization through Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT project management, domain knowledge in trade compliance and digital transformation, and experience leading global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and completion within the timeline and budget.
• Agile Project Management: Use Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to drive continuous improvement and process optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient communication, collaboration, and timely project updates.
• Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, financial tracking, risk management plans, and other necessary project documentation.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with Vendor Management office to ensure project alignment and oversee deliverables from global sourcing partners.
• Leadership: Act as a servant leader, addressing team needs, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring key milestones are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum/Agile Certified) is highly preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in IT project management, including software development projects. Prior experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional teams is required.
• Certifications: PMP Certification is required (include certification number and active dates on your resume for consideration).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, etc.) and knowledge of SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, or Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage virtual teams and lead large-scale projects.

Desired Skills & Certifications:

• 7+ years of prior experience as a Program Manager with domain experience in IT and business operations.
• Strong experience with digital transformation and automating manual project management processes.
• Familiarity with Product Service Delivery Models and experience in managing virtual teams.
• Experience with MES Traceability platforms like Camstar or FWD.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies, Scrum, SAP, or relevant IT areas.

IT Project Manager Deliverables:

Agile IT Project Deliverables:

• Develop a Product Vision Statement and Backlog, Stakeholder Mapping, and establish SharePoint/Teams Channels for project artifacts and communication.

• Develop Sprint Backlog, Sprint Goals, Cost Management Plan, and Quality Management Plan.

• Manage Increment deliverables and facilitate Daily Scrum/Stand-up meetings.

• Conduct Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings to refine processes and improve performance.

• Finalize Release Plan, Product Documentation, and Lessons Learned for future improvement.

Waterfall IT Project Deliverables:

• Develop Project Charter, Stakeholder Analysis, and establish SharePoint/Teams channels.

• Develop IT Quality Plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Risk Management Plan.

• Provide weekly status reports, manage Stage Gate Approvals, and conduct Quality Audits.

• Deliver Project Closure Report, Product Documentation, and finalize all project documents for archival.

Additional Information:

• Interview Process: If selected, you will undergo a pre-screening video interview with the supplier, followed by a 1-hour panel video interview with the hiring team.
• International Travel: Occasional travel to Reynosa, Mexico, may be required (1-2 times per year).
