Job description:
IT Recruiter
- Build recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through different tools (database, ATS, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Build a comparative database in order to evaluate different candidates through an efficient screening process
- Handle the recruitment process from A to Z, from job debriefing, the full interview process, and offer management stages, making sure every step of the way is within the organization standards
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and leads
- Prepare a strategy to be efficient in traditional headhunting/recruiting actions like chasing referrals, cold-calling prospective candidates, etc.
Job Requirements:
IT Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar majors
- 3+ years of recruitment ideally focused on tech/IT staffing
- Skilled communicator, with strong negotiation skills
- Extensive experience with headhunting top talent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
- Track record of high-performance billing in the respective market
