Apply Now!Salary: $117,962 – 153,354The primary purpose of this position is: As the Information Assurance Management Level II and as it relates to security, organization support, and special access programs, to ensure satisfactory and timely execution of programs, projects, and operations. Evaluates the impact emerging technology will have on the Air Force Special Access Program community's business practices and takes into consideration financial, manpower, and personnel constraints while managing the development of capital investment plans designed to meet changing IT/IA and critical information needs in the organization. Provides senior leadership, direction, and counsel to coordinate and execute all work.Qualifications/Requirements:-U.S. Citizenship- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top secret clearance- This is a drug testing designated position. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing.- Incumbent shall be subject to a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination at least once every five years.- Knowledge of a wide range of IT/IA requirements, techniques, and methods to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST 800-37; supports Tier II &III Cybersecurity ISSO roles; Performs Security Assessment and Authorization documentation compliance.- Knowledge of the SAF Directorate and subordinate element missions and objectives to assess information technology, information systems, the cyber enclave and other technologies peripheral to the specialty is required in order to affect coupling of technology thrusts to potential aerospace systems in a secure environment and with their application in combat, the industrial complex and our coalition partners.- Knowledge of guidelines, instructions, or directives issued by DoD, Air Force, DIA, NSA, and other national level organizations to include the Executive Branch.- Knowledge of IT and testing/training concepts and systems capabilities to accomplish mission.- Skill to ensure the rigorous application of information security/ information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of all IT services and the ability to promote awareness of security issues among management and ensuing sound security principles are reflected in organizations visions and goals to enable.- The position is situated in a fast paced, high stress staff environment.
