Job Brief: IT Specialist

Are you a tech enthusiast ready to make a significant impact? As an IT Specialist at Ellab, you'll be at the forefront of deploying, implementing, and supporting IT systems crucial to our daily operations. Join us at our Denver US Headquarters Office and be part of a team that works hard, plays hard, and delivers excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Set up new employee computer machines like a tech wizard
• Administer our company file-sharing system (currently Dropbox)
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on machines and software systems
• Support validation and monitoring software installation in diverse server environments
• Document your tech prowess in the form of procedures and tech notes
• Coordinate and contribute to internal IT projects

Requirements:

• A BS in IT, Computer Science, or acquired technical experience
• Hands-on experience with ghosting, imaging, and deployment of workstations
• Familiarity with SQL Databases or similar
• Expertise in MS Windows server/domain control
• Experience with virtual machines is a big plus
• Stellar communication and troubleshooting skills
• Previous experience with AWS or Azure is a bonus
• Familiarity with VPN support, Citrix installations, or VLAN is an added advantage
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.because we're strong, and we want you to be too!
