TITLE: IT Support Specialist

ANTICIPATION DURATON: 6-9 Months to hire (C2H)

LOCATION: Foster City, CA

Our client is seeking a highly driven and motivated IT Technical Support Specialist for the Foster City office and HQ. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of IT Operations and be an integral part of the global IT organization supporting end-users. This candidate is focused not just on resolving technical incidents but to finding underlying problems and developing long term solutions/processes.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• A minimum of 3-5 years in a technical support position
• A deep knowledge of the following IT areas:
• Windows Operating System / Azure AD / Intune / Office 365
• Okta is highly preferred
• General networking knowledge (Firewall, IP addresses, WLAN, Router/Switch)
• End-user hardware/software troubleshooting (Monitor, Lenovo Laptops, conference room A/V)
• Excellent customer service, organizational, prioritization, communications skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with crossfunctional teams, customers, and external vendors
• Laptop and mobile device deployment
• Familiar with and experience supporting: Adobe, Box and all Microsoft applications (OneDrive, SharePoint, office suite, etc)
• Provide remote and on-site IT support for internal employees (including EU and East Coast-based end-users)
• AV event support during company meetings and events
• Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Logitech sync software and hardware.
• Provide a seamless and amazing onboarding experience with new hires.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and hardware
• Provide ticketing system support for standard corporate administrative tasks
• Incident resolution and root cause analysis for various incidents\outages
• White glove support for our Executive staff

Required Office/ Work hours:

• This role requires the candidate to be onsite M-Th. Friday is optional remote.
• Highly preferred if someone can work an earlier shift to support EU and East Coast end-users. Schedule will be flexible for that shift with partial day WFH (6am-9am) and partial day in-office (9:30am-3pm).

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 to 40.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
