Key Responsibilities:

• Daily IT Support:
• Setting up new workstations
• Install and update software
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer networks
• ERP System Enhancements:
• Re-route incoming consumer outreach to the correct internal channels
• Implement necessary changes to the existing ERP system (MS NAV)
• Manage data migration to new systems
• CRM Implementation:
• Assist the Sales team by implementing a robust CRM to collect, organize, and manage sales leads effectively
• Website Integration and Support:
• Develop and integrate support features into the website to provide 24/7 assistance for consumers
• Ensure these support features align seamlessly with the CRM and ERP system to optimize workflow and communication

Must-Haves:

• 5 years of experience in IT Support
• Proficiency with Microsoft NAV ERP system
• Helpdesk experience and internal support background
• Experience in the Manufacturing space
• Creative, self-starter with a solutions-based mentality
• Ability to work with multiple departments and personnel ranging from the C-Level down, specifically Sales
• Provide onsite support daily
• Local to the area - Dallas, TX

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field, or an Associate's Degree with relevant years of experience
• Microsoft Certification
