Position Summary: Necco has an opportunity for a career as a IT Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing and supporting the information technology infrastructure across multiple locations within a designated region. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and coordination skills to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of the organization.   • Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure across all sites within the region, including servers, networks, and hardware
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services
  • Implement and manage disaster recovery and data backup procedures
  • Lead or participate in regional IT projects, including the deployment of new systems, upgrades, and integrations
Technical Support
  • Provide level support for IT issues that cannot be resolved by local staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for regional offices
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical problems
Network Management
  • Monitor and manage regional network operations to ensure connectivity and optimal performance
  • Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Training and Documentation
  • Train local IT staff and end-users on new technologies and best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and support processes
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Security and Compliance
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and practices across regional offices
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards, including data protection laws
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments

Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or administration, with a focus on regional or multi-site operations
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), etc.
  • Proficiency in network management, server administration, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with cloud services and remote support tools
  • Valid driver's license and required insurance coverage
  • Training and Travel willingness
  • Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
