Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Desktop Support - Remote Video Infra Mgmt applications Video End points and Audio/Video Conferencing. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote desktop support to ensure seamless operation of end-user systems and applications.
• Manage and maintain video infrastructure applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee the setup configuration and maintenance of video endpoints to support effective communication.
• Facilitate audio and video conferencing to ensure smooth and efficient virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop support and video infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize video conferencing solutions.
• Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical operations.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of video conferencing tools.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in desktop support and video infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of new technologies to enhance the companys IT capabilities.
• Support the IT team in various projects and initiatives to improve overall system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in remote desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Should have strong knowledge of video infrastructure management applications.
• Must be proficient in setting up and maintaining video endpoints.
• Should have experience in facilitating audio and video conferencing.
• Nice to have experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.

Certifications Required

• CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certified Video Conferencing Engineer

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 2/26/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 to $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
