Job Type: Contract (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

Project Duration: January 27, 2025 - January 27, 2026

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our Distributed Hosting Linux server team. This role involves strategic support for organizational initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams to modernize our hybrid hosting strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain secure, robust, and scalable Linux server hosting solutions in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment.
• Perform Linux systems administration, automation, and scripting.
• Handle service delivery operations and support requests for internal customers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (5 days per week).
• Collaborate with team members and other technical teams to ensure project success.
• Create and maintain process documentation.

Required Skills:

• 2-5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, VMWare, and Ansible.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS CDK and Terraform expertise.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (CIS, NIST, etc.).
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Knowledge of insurance and financial services products is a plus.

Team and Culture:

Collaborate with a global team of 8 members based in the US and counterparts in Pune, India.

Engage with infrastructure teams, application developers, architects, and other technical staff.
